Stopping The OC Monitor
This section provides step-by-step instructions on how to stop the Thin Client Browser deployment components.
NOTE: The current alert state and the history of metrics are persisted in your OCM database and are restored and available upon restart.
Windows
Perform the following steps to
stop the OC Monitor in Windows.
If the OC Monitor applications are running in command prompt windows:
Click in a command prompt window to get focus.
Press CTRL-C until the application terminates.
Close the command prompt window.
Repeat for each OC Monitor application running in a command prompt window.
If the OC Monitor applications are running as Windows services:
Use the Computer Management console to find each OC Monitor application.
Use the sc command to stop each OC Monitor application by its service name.
UNIX/Linux
Perform the following steps to
stop the OC Monitor in UNIX/Linux.
In the myocm directory, type:
stopocm |
